  1. Breastfeeding protects the baby from communicable diseases because the mom’s milk contains antibodies.

  3. Breastfeeding suckling reflex is better than artificial nipple feeding, and it avoids the habits of thumb-sucking in babies.

What are the Best Breastfeeding Tips for Mom

  1. Mom should have taken a daily bath and worn clean clothes.
  2. Before breastfeeding, the mother should have to clean their hands and breast nipples.
  3. Mothers should have to remain calm and beware of any tension and hurry in breastfeeding.
  4. The Mom and baby both have to be relaxed position during feeding. Mom can sit on a stool in some bend front position. She should have to provide support to their nipple with her index and middle finger during breastfeeding.
